I worked with LLM to create the brand identity and marketing assets for The RMR Group's mixed-use development on Nashville's emerging East Bank. The brand tells the story of a vibrant, inclusive community, inspired by the site’s industrial history and its unique blend of urban and natural elements. We used a dynamic color palette that reflects the area's vibrancy and its connection to the Greenway and Cumberland River. The messaging and visuals highlighted public spaces, year-round activities, and enhanced access to East Nashville, emphasizing the development's focus on inclusion and connection.
