I worked with LLM Design on a marketing campaign to reposition 1180 Avenue of the Americas as a modern Class A office space in New York City. With its terraces and sleek spaces for collaboration, the building’s brand reflects fresh, clean lines with bright, unexpected bursts of color to capture the genuine urban experience. The identity draws inspiration from the architectural structure of the roof decks, symbolizing the upgrades and inviting spaces offered to tenants. The bold colors in the marketing center and graphics mirror the building's new look and feel. The campaign aimed to differentiate the property as a bold, modern space, reimagined for creative thinkers in New York.
